 Nishu is currently leading a Product portfolio at Amazon, concentrating on product safety and controlling the distribution of restricted products. Her responsibilities include steering the product direction for Amazon's dedication to preventing the circulation of illicit products. Nishu holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. She dedicates her time to coaching kids in STEM, with a special emphasis on Robotics. She mentors children for Robotics competitions and challenges, exerting a positive influence in their lives. She has been a great influence in the life of her daughter Sia Malhotra who is an avid reader and has established a Childrens’ Lending Library at Newark Liberty International Airport. 

 Krystyne Santos has worked at The Home Depot for the past 10 years.  She is currently a Manager at the East Hanover Home Depot overseeing the PRO, Specialty and Services portion of the business.  During her tenure as a Manager she has also been part of The Home Depot Foundation supporting our veterans and the community. She captains the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program in her store as well as being the Instructor for the In Store Development Program to enable current associates to grow into leadership roles within the company. Outside of her HD family, she is a mother of 5 amazing children who have now grown into amazing adults. Reading and books have been an integral part of her family's lives and being a part of this venture was an easy decision.  

 Simpie Bansal serves as a Senior Product Manager at Westpac Bank, where she is in charge of Digital Product and Product Transformation. Her expertise is in Cash and Transaction banking, spearheading the customer-focused lifecycle of digital banking. Besides her banking career, Simpie is also a dedicated provisional psychologist, primarily assisting Neurodivergent children. She has significantly impacted many children with various needs, and she actively involves herself in causes that aim to create a lasting positive effect on underprivileged children in India. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her 14-year-old son, a state-level tennis player. 

 Garima Dua is a recognized leader in the food and grocery manufacturing sector, with an inherent passion for the manufacturing process and a drive to deliver innovative solutions to consumers. Over the last 8 years, she has gained extensive experience in the grocery industry through various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Her exemplary work has earned her the prestigious GenNext 40 under 40 award. She also holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family. 

  Victor Domine is an award-winning storyteller with a background in public relations, marketing, management, and advertising. With over 20 years of experience at the world’s largest and niche PR agencies, and some of the world’s leading trade associations representing the craft and hobby industry, food brands, technology giants, and cultural icons. Most recently, Victor has taken a position with Munich Airport NJ LLC., where he manages the marketing and communications initiatives for the new 5-Star rated Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport. Victor is passionate about family, faith, success, effective team leadership, community building and partnership development, and mentorship.
